Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect mails from one mailbox to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your e-mailbox accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox you wish to redirect messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
