Q: How long will the website migration process take?
A: While we cannot give you an exact ETA, because there are lots of factors, among them the size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to migrate your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the content is not very large).

Then we will tell you how to transfer the domain to your hosting account with us and how to change the DNS resource records.

Q: Will my current hosting provider need to provide any information/help?
A: While we move your web content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

Q: Which web hosting platforms do you support?
A: Yep. We support all conventional Linux–based hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.In addition, we do not support proprietary website building and administration tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
