If your case needs additional assistance from a server administrator, we’ll forward the trouble ticket or the email to the person in charge, in a timely manner and we will leave a note to notify you that more time will be needed for reaching the optimal solution. Furthermore if you order the Managed Services package, any of the services included there will be completed whenever you wish.
